Healthcare Alliance Resiliency Program H.A.R.P.
The Healthcare Alliance Resiliency Program (HARP) is an evidence-based and peer-supported trauma-informed resiliency lifestyle and wellness program. HARP services include:
- Peer Support Groups and Fellowships, which are accessible online, in-person, and through telephone
- Resiliency building retreats that last 4 days and 3 nights at Heroes of War CAMPS and FARMS
- Trauma-informed Resiliency building education and classes
- Research and Studies conducted to identify the best practices for professionally induced PTSD, moral injury, profession-induced physical and mental fatigue/exhaustion, and professional resiliency
