The council of Process:
For any organization to be successful it is crucial to establish a council that oversees, reviews, and performs Continuous Improvement measurements and monitoring systems. The Council of Process allows us to gauge our successes and our areas needing improvements to ensure what we are doing is helpful, resourceful, and on-point with our mission and our vision. This Council is just as important as all of the others. Without the council of process, how can we expect to duplicate the quality of our wonderful services, so the most heroes can benefit from them?
Join this council now, to make sure we are doing what we say we are doing in the best way we can..

Just Culture Council:
Just Culture sources the ROOT CAUSE of issues regardless of who or what was at fault, then Just Culture allows for appropriate Peers related to the incident to decide the best-practices and solutions based on PEER research, investigation, and PEER collaborations. Just Culture provides a business strategy and work environment that fosters integrity, trust, and camaraderie by realistically applying fair and equitable business practices that focus on problem-Solving instead of problem-Blaming.
"A Just Culture work environment is the true pathway to success for any Mission-Oriented Organization", Heroes of War, Inc.
