The content that is submitted to Heroes of War, Inc will remain the intellectual property of the individual who submits it. However, when you submit your content to Heroes of War, Inc, you are giving us permission to use your content, freely, as we deem necessary according to our ethical standards, in order to promote our mission of assisting everyday heroes in adapting to the social and mental health consequences of war phenomena. Additionally, this permission is granted to help us pursue our vision of pioneering professional resiliency and work/life balance training that ensures a sustainable and healthier workforce. Heroes of War, Inc will provide contributors with the opportunity to decide how they would like their credentialing for submitted content to be documented.
Heroes of War, Inc. provides forums for direct engagement and comments among fellow Heroes. However, any content that violates the Our Code of Ethics (LDRSHIP) will be deleted, and those responsible may face intervention and review from the Just Culture Council. To Specify, prohibited content includes hate speech, violence, vulgarity, bullying, and shaming.
If you wish to revoke your permission for us to freely use your content, please submit your request to our Just Culture Council at [email protected]. Please make sure to title the correspondence as "Stop Content," as we prioritize these requests. Our objective is to assist heroes, not to shame, embarrass, or plagiarize from them.
Many of our Heroes, employed or volunteering through Heroes of War, Inc. are medical practitioners, experts, and/or specialists in their respective fields. Please do NOT ask them for Expert Advice, Prescriptions, Medical Advice, or to Provide Medical Treatment. This is a PEER support community, and they are NOT Professionally LIABLE for their Peer advice, education, and support.
Heroes of War, Inc. allows guest speakers, interviewees, and content submitters to advertise their personal interests, businesses, and services that support our organizational mission…. HOWEVER, Heroes of War, Inc. does not endorse them. Instead, we allow a free forum for heroes to advertise and promote themselves, but we do not have the time or resources to properly research these for endorsements. Therefore, we cannot (at this time) endorse or influence others to purchase anything advertised.

Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Heroes Of War, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Heroes Of War, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
